Customize Edge Hassle-Free Return Policy
Customize Edge always wants you to love your purchase! However, if for any reason there's any mishap that makes you feel dissatisfied like the thing you placed and receive any other article, we offer a simple and convenient return policy.
Returns:
You can return most items within 4 days of receiving them for a full refund (minus any original shipping charges). Returns shall only be considered if the thing you have ordered; We are not able to deliver those. Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached and unworn/unused. Please ensure you retain proof of purchase and the packaging for a smooth return process.
How to Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our friendly customer service team at info@customizeedge.com. We will inquire about the reason for your return and try our best to assist you. In the case of a valid return (unreceived product, overcharge, or misshapen product), Customize Edge will provide you with a return authorization and instructions via email within 24 hours.
Exchanges:
Customize Edge don't believe in Exchange Policies as we try our best to give you the best products as you order and after judging everything because all articles of our are totally customize and made on the same day you ordered and apart from that the branded products of our also totally imported and have negligible bad effects at all. So kindly do go through products at each end and try to just be caution while making any product order booked. Because sometimes By purchasing Product A people usually purchase Product B and then tell us that they have order the thing but not received that and when receipt is seen it is noted what they order. So if you find any issue must tell us on the spot or in 1 to 2 hours of booking that you have selected a wrong item that you don't want to purchase at info@customizeedge.com. So Customize Edge Team shall be able to change the item accordingly your choice. But as far as it shall be received we shall no longer be helpful for you in exchanging the product.
Refunds:
Customize Edge don't have any Refund Policy although we have exchange policy that is also valid if and if user is able to be have any valid resultants.
Proof of Purchase:
For returns, Customize Edge Team may ask you to provide a copy of your order confirmation email or any other documentation related to your purchase to verify its authenticity.
Return Shipping Timeframe:
Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for your return shipment to reach us. This timeframe refers to the estimated time it takes for you to mail the return package back to Customize Edge after receiving the return authorization. Then we'll proceed Exchange.Â
Return Processing Notification:
We will send you a confirmation email once your return is processed and the refund is issued. This email will notify you that we have received your return package and it has been approved for Exchange
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that items are packaged securely for return to prevent any damage during transit. Additionally, customers must provide accurate information regarding the condition and reason for the return. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in delays or denial of the Exchange Parcel too.
We commit to reviewing all exchange requests promptly and providing clear instructions for the exchange process. Upon receiving the returned item in its original condition, we will process the exchange as per the agreed terms.
